Doubt is only for whether it will list at 150 or 200 or 250 premium.

All HNI and retail investor have put in money knowing that they will get full allotment.
I dont know any one who will knowingly take risk (there is no lottery) and everyone who applied knew about poor GMP
So why should it open low? There should be some logic? All existing investors shares will be locked in barring ED's share
And amount of time they took to dispose HM's share is well known
