Total shares 73 cr (12.67 lack shares,) 6.52 %
Remember that if any buyback offer for retail category is only 15% in total buyback offer.

Yeh baat SEBI ko btaiye jisne IPO ki manzoori de di hai.

Yeh baat Bharat Sarkaar ko bataiye jo iss company se har saal 200-300 crore tax vasool leti hai..

Yes I am very well aware Gland Pharma is subsidiary of Fosun Pharma (china )
I did not say to apply , in fact it is good IPO but not at cost of Rs 1250 /1300
if you get it some where about Rs 850 think of investing
also like SBI card it is go below the issue price , since it is a big ipo 5782
so be careful

Then ask SEBI why did they gave nod for IPO?
Ask NSE/BSE why are they allowing this company to list on their exchange?
Ask our Government why they are allowing this company to operate in India?

SEBI/NSE/BSE/Government they all are earning profits out of this listing. If I am thinking of listing gain then I am anti-national? yeah right!!
