Hence this may be the big opportunity for this company. I have good experience of investing the fund in media related companies in the past and gave very good returns in the short term. ( DAPS & CYBER MEDIA ) But it was different Cenario now let's wait and watch

It was overvalued ipo & still today it's above ipo price. Due to higher valuations didn't applied. But those who have couraged & applied may not be feeling bad as experienced in USK.
Listed at above ipo price in this bad market conditions too.
So till today all media stocks gave average to good returns to its investors.

Most SME IPO's Now-a-days are having arrangements with QIB's for Sailing their IPO.

That is why most of the SME IPO's have almost 1 Time Subscription Only.

Why so less interest in both the ipos closing today? Are they worth applying?

The financials are looking fine, but the interest of investors in SME IPO's seem to be be low. As of now will apply 1 HNI of 3 lots..

Exhicon looks better than Infinum. But presently subscription in both the counter is poor. So I will take a call at around 2pm.

The RHP is very interesting to read.

Company has a variety of business. Apart from exhibition and conventions, it is looking for partners / business in packaged water, pickles, kitchen, rice exports, munchies, medical oxygen generators, turnkey project management,,,,, phew (source website https://exhicongroup.com/become-partner/)

Company has a total of 27 staff of which 5 are unskilled workers and 6 are staff. So safe to assume that it is managed all of the above business with just 16 people.
Exhicon website shows 2 hotels in Bangkok (Luxor Boutique and Alfresco), what is its involvement in these hotels, are they operating or marketing or selling packages or what ? What is the revenue coming from these operations and how profitable is it ? RHP is silent on this
Company has 4 group companies in India and 5 outside India (https://exhicongroup.com/about-us/). What is the revenue generated from these associated companies and how will parent company benefit from having stake / involvement in these companies. Does the management have the capacity to manage such complex organization ?
In 21-22, Exhicon received 87 customer orders generating revenue of Rs 4635 lacs i.e. Rs 59.5 lacs per order
In 22-23 H1, it received 78 orders generating revenue of Rs 2931 lacs, i.e. Rs 37.6 lacs per order
So ticket size per order is reducing and yet Exhicon EBIDTA margin increased from 13.86 % in 21-22 to 23.51 % in H1-22-23
Cash flow appears to be managed by stretching payments to creditors. For FY-20-21and FY-21-22, payables increased by Rs 262.39 lacs and Rs 389.98 lacs respectively. In 22-23, seems these creditors were paid and hence cashflow from operations before tax is lower than Profit before tax.
Company has given short term loans and advances of Rs 3.52 crores on 30-sep-23, details of which are not available. Appears to be on high side for a company struggling with working capital, annexure XVII, page 127
Annexure XII, page 128 of RHP, Exhicon till now has spent Rs 8.40 crores on software. For a company with 27 employees including 5 unskilled workmen and 6 staff, this appears to be very high. Excluding workmen and staff, software cost is Rs 52.5 lacs per person.
Annexure XXVII of RHP page 131, ageing of receivables as on 30-sep-22 shows Rs 123 lacs outstanding for more than 6 months whereas in for such business, usually money is collected in advance.

If you have got limited capital then it's better to AVOID all the SME IPOs for now.
After the disaster listing of USK infra (even after 30% GMP), IPOs will see further pressure on the listing.

Seems a little skeptical.
Looking at the past history, I could not find clues if this company has really hosted (fully from scratch to full blown event organizing) a full flashed exhibitions shows apart from just being the Official Exhibitor Media Channel for some old trade shows.

https://www.eastmojo.com/world/2022/11/16/empl-signs-definitive-agreement-to-acquire-majority-shares-in-wea-gmbh/ states in Nov 2022, "Exhicon Events Media Solutions Pvt. Ltd (EMPL) shall own 79.99 % shares in WEA Asia Limited Hong Kong and 51 % in WEA GmbH Switzerland."
and About Us page on official site, says since 1997 =(not equal) 2019 - 25 = 1994.
INTERESTING Company A International appoints a M.D. in 2019 and in 2022, the same M.D. creates a B-Company and then takes over the International Company and make it there subsidiaries. WOW
