Their DRHP is dated October 16, 2015 ... and hence it gives data which is now outdated ... we shall have to wait for the RHP to see the updated data as of 31st December 2015 ... however Data upto 31st March may not be possible to get before IPO closes.

Chittorgarh says the issue size is 720Crs. ... that is wrong ...

The primary issue is Rs.720 Crs ... but there is also an OFS component ... which adds upto another 1450Crs(approx)

Making the total IPO issue size as Rs.2175 Crs (approx.)

In all IPOs Chittorgarh gives a consolidated asliability figure of the company culled from RHP. Naturally both figures will be same! What is the point in giving this figure without mentioning the composition of as/liability.? Mainly as an investor I would like to see the working capital and diluted equity figure.
