After seeing the condition of recent IPOs, think twice before applying in this IPO. Pricing should give some safety for investors. Market is already punishing midcap stocks. Safety of capital should now be of prime importance in view of US election on 3rd November.

Less small bank, more cheating in mind..

I have 135shares of equitas sinc allotment but now I shifted my DMat account fm idbi bank to motilal oswal on 6/10/20 so pl confirm can I apply in share holder quota.

Is good to apply IPO

Ujjivan small finance at 20 pc discount to issue price. Equitas small finance is not as good as Ujjivan. Discount listing possible.

We see both uti and mazgon , wait until price brand fixed and think before to apply , but we must keep in mind US elcetions .

Equitas Small Finance bank promoters hold ~95% shares in the bank and post-IPO, it will be reduced to ~82%. However, as per #RBI, they need to reduce it below 40% before Sept 2021.

Big hangover of equity dilution on Equitas SFB in the next one year.

What would be the implication on share price by this huge dilution in the share holding pattern. Please elaborate a bit please.

@ARB, Equity dilution is not good for company shareholders. There will be huge supply of shares and automatically demand will be reduced drastically. As a result, share price will fall.
