Hi friends, is the allotnment on propotional basis, as of now the retail subscription is around 6 times. So if i apply for 6 lots will it get 1 lot? Pls confirm.

One be careful as Money applied here will most likely unavailable for applying on 5th. I will be applying half FF so that some money will be available for 5 th oct

Again this is the main concern in this ipo.. allotment or no allotment, money is stuck as this registrar is also not following T+1 allotment... money can not be rotated..

As an aside, can anyone explain the future of this event management company?

Since this company doesn't produce, manufacture or service Anything, how it will grow its topline in a country where there are many event management companies in every city of India?

Genuinely asking because I have never seen or heard IPO of event management company....

I have at least two friends in my friends circle who owns and runs a successful event management companies. Who knows they too launch their IPO one day!!

E Factor runs & operates SkyWaltz, a hot air balloon company. It is one of the premium service providers in the category with an Australian at the helm. Last I heard, it operated in Jaipur and Bandavgarh.
Great customer experience, high average order value (around 10k per pax in sic basis & around 60k for private excursion) & a high margin offering.

EFactor also* runs & operates SkyWaltz.....

Repeating : we should Not rush into applying, best to see the impact of SEBI rules on SME IPO listing.

Heaven will Not fall if few IPOs are skipped, let the market and sentiments settle down...

One thing I have learned in the market is that it is always better to be safe than sorry....

You can keep regretting and saying sorry but money lost won't come back.

So much scare in the retail public after 3-4 bad listings.
HEM Securities ka IPO hai and hardly any subscription in Retail.

Because of many SME listing way below estimate
Grey punter had heavy loss due to such kind of listing even they stopped working.
No fancy sub 2 in upcoming ipos. No buyer in grey premium .Still i expect 40x in retail in this counter because of only HEM SECURITY and sub 2 deal happened around 15k last night.

Now will apply in SME IPOs Only after seeing the impact of SEBI rules on IPO listing.

I request ipo gurus kindly share your order of preference based on good fundamental, less risk ,no negative listing ,better chances of allotment on ipos closing on 3rd Oct.

And also request experts to tell what are the parameters to check fundamentals of a company and ratios required to know that company has good fundamentals. Or any sources of information where I can get enlightened about fundamental. As I'm new to investments would like to gain knowledge

This company has given so much of bonuses....."issued bonus shares in the ratio of 9 for 1 in March 2006, 3 for 1 in March 2008, 3 for 1 in March 2012, 22 for 21 in October 2018, and 9 for 5 in March 2023"......after huge bonus issues now promoters are holding SHARES at NIL value
