Don't fall for premium in this IPO
1) Company is into training of drone systems i.e. Service sector.... Usually service sectors are not capital intensive and doesnot require such high cash balances
2) Its revenue of Rs 3 crore in Q1FY 23 is sitting in debtors.. Actual realisation of this revenue is a question mark...Surprisingly tha company has invested 3 crores (details of which are not mentioned in RHP)
during same time line...
3) Fixed assets: Company has purchased 16 lakh worth of drones till Q1... Entire revenue of FY 21 & 22 is booked on drones purchase of just Rs 16 lakhs... And now they company is raising money in crores to buy new drones.. Company found it worthwhile to buy vehicles of directors worth 51 lakhs over and above buying drones
3) End use of IPO funds and surplus cash balance is a big question mark
4) Financials have been carefully presented to enhance book value of Company..
5) Timing of ipo: IPO is announced exactly after announcement of PLI scheme for drone MANUFACTURING which has nothing to do with Company... Name & object of company may mislead someone to invest in this Company...
If you are applying for this IPO, apply as if you are investing in series A funding of a new startup

Only a 5 year old company. Promoter already at 38%, which will go down to 28%. Expected M Cap over Rs. 100 cr

NSDL website for Online PAN Application, following message is displayed:-

"As per ITD guidelines, Request for New PAN Crd or/and Changes or Correction in PAN Data application is presently to be used ONLY FOR UPDATE/CORRECTION IN PAN DATABASE."

Does this mean that New Pan Cards are not being presently issued or something else.
Can someone please guide. I want to get a PAN card for my minor son.

Very good future for Drone Business.

Did anyone check the past details (RedBay) of the founder? To me it seems that this guy is a serial entrepreneur, which might seem to some, as a good thing, but what happens when after getting the funding this guy leaves the co. like he has done in past. Also, the sudden increase in profit is due to the seed funding they got.

Promising Sector but financials not supporting Issue size at this stage
Issue size - Rs. 33.97 Cr
Cash Balance (30/06/2022) - 24.20 crores, (Total Rs. 58.17 crores)
where the fund be used and how contribute to Revenue and Profit is concern.
The object can be fulfilled from cash surplus on 30/06/2022 itself.
Post Issue Promoters holding is only 28.21% is also be concern.
Security Premium before IPO at page 45 is Rs. 32.41 Cr and as per page 46 is Rs. 15.85 Cr

I agree Promoter holding is less but what option does promoter has when he need more money for growth.. He has to dilute.. It is a good choice to have minimum holding of a large company then major of a smaller company..

post money raise, financials will look differently.. see order books and exclusive tie ups with Rastriya Raksha University and Tata Strive. They will not colleborate with anyone. I can project company doing 100 Cr Revenue in 2-3 Years with 30-40 Cr PAT.

I am not a financial analyser but as a layman the major issue appears to be promoter holdings.
As the company is new, the asset and networth has shown improvement.
Whether India becoming a drone hub will have any effect on company growth in future?
Armed drones going to be future- are they into it or in future plg?
Lot og gaps.... workforce and specialisation.
World market has already made a long lead.

@imhilli ya i am still holding 2 lots of JFL ... Even after market on all the high, my portfolio is still in red due to jfl, sabar, reetech .....
I would be keeping all 3 till next half yearly result..... Hope there would buying in them ....in JFL price is falling as many might be thinking to sell jfl and use the money in a stock which is showing some movement.....
Nothing bad in JFL to fall to around half of the listing price.... Hope it shows some up movement soon.....

Right... SME is purely a game of market players. Even I had a word with the management and they are also clueless on why the price is falling. Hope there will be a reverse turn soon.

Fresh issue but less promoter holding,
for filmstars investment in unit with such small asset doesn't make a difference; but for us it is significant. GMP is good .... Here I am cautious.
