Why you apply in ICICI direct and Transfer?

I apply via ICICI bank online using my RMoney demat account.
If allotted will be credited to Rmoney directly, if not allotted, money will be unblocked in Bank

@ RVR : if you are transfering shares from ICICI Bank demat through ICICI Bank Internet facility (you should do registeration first) the shares would be instantly debited from your accout but the credit would appear in target account the next working day only

@ bhanu prasanth : you are right. I do not have another demat account and hence I do that
