Just an observation lot of stuff is changing hands at Rs 2 +. And these hands are quite string through sources in Ahamdabad and Mumbai Do not see a rate below 24 for this one on day of listing for this one.

At the same time respecting every boarders view as few remained away from this one where as few brave ones have gone ahead.

I have no application on my name.

Congratulations to the ones who have got allotment and good to see rates moving to 3.5 -4.5.

Few days back had suggested this one to list at Rs 24 and above. The language is well repeated by other forum members. This onc has no noise as few ones had applied but for the brave ones its going to yield good profits. Cheers to all

Here are some important points which may be useful to applicants.
1. Only 7% of the business is coming from Mutual fund distribution, 47% is coming from Real estate brokerage like homesfy and almost 46% coming from very high end consultancy services regarding the high end financial and company audits.
2. Promoter is a very well known face in the financial circle, many times appeared in business media like bloomberg, CNBC, etc.
3. It is asset lite business model and can surprise in short to medium term.
4. Out of 6 times subscription in HNI, around 3 times was already subscribed by the informed investors, so hope game is on.

Acche gurus, mentors ko bhi allotment nahi mil raha. Ab woh bhi dimag nahi lagate. Now a days, process is --> Apply, if allotted then read RHP and decide. Previously I used to read RHP atleast 2 times and accumulated knowledge from 3rd party before applying in SME. I bought ducol in preopen and still didn't get time to read RHP.
