I had confidentially skipped IPO of Real Birla....ABSL.....

Birla......Name is Enough to avoid.

Over and above, at present seems tobe on better side. Clients on very good side. Love at first sight. The major concern is equity holding after the issue. Below 50%. Not a good sign for any promoter. Even before this issue, lot of equity sold. These factors on negative side.
Wait for price, if any resistance to investors. I don't expect any kindness. But investors have now started ignoring Financials. Only GMP and on last day subscription figures matters.

@PLAZAFirst sight love is not an invitation to subscribe. Just started the discussion at first sight. Lot of things to come out. At present only clients and equity holding. When some prominent clients are there, that is Love at first. But not a guarantee of any success. Only attraction.

@pkraj yes sir but we have to plan accordingly and at the final time will take all factors into account before placing bids like subscription/gmp/comments of the experts gurus like you and other sir and lastly with own risk taking capacity and availability of fund etc.

Looking after it's profit & loss statement, yes it's looking good & tempted : Love at first site. But recently most of the Metal sector stocks have not been market friendly except few. ( Chaman, Earthsthal....) The debt is also increasing side but the client list is also solid. More things will be cleared after it's price.

But it's a high time that market is working , not as per our analysis but big operators are working behind it & we are nothing for them. They decide the direction of stock market movement. It may be remembered that only 1 stock is enough for Life Changer / Life spoiler. Rest 😪💤 is our luck.
