Guys Whoever Have Applied Dont Worry about loss. At the most we are at risk of 15%- . After Making Money In Previous IPO , Anyone can Afford Small Loss. All Smart Traders Will Short Sell It on Listing. But Hold On Dont Sell in Panic, They Need to Come Back To Cover Up, Which Might Bring on Upper Circuit Later On. They Might be trapped in short sell.
Overvalued. As per my calculation fair value is in the range of 360-375. Taking into account subscription figures, listing would be in the range of 410-425.
Hi Experts. I placed IPO order thru ICICIDirect.com, now I like to cancel. Called ICICIDirect to cancel but told it''s not possible after closing the IPO.
Please advise if there''s any way I cancel the order.
In case a RII wishes to withdraw the Bid after the Bid/Issue Period, the same can be done by submitting a withdrawal request to the Registrar to the Issue until finalization of Basis of Allotment. The Registrar to the Issue shall give instruction to the SCSB for unblocking the ASBA Account on the Designated Date. QIBs and NIIs can neither withdraw nor lower the size of their Bids at any stage
so what you can do is........ go to the company website and find the contact no of registrar..... call him and ask if you can apply for cancelation by e-mail also (would be easier)? otherwise you have to send application by post/courier......
I have an interesting question. What happens when the RII subscriptions is 2x but Application wise its 0.5x? Everyone gets 1 lot and rest shares get distributed proportionately?
I have another question, I read somewhere that the unsubscribed portion of NII gets added to RII portion. Also both NIIs and RIIs can withdraw applications post issue closure. Are these observations correct?
In a fixed price Issue, allocation in the net offer to the public category is made as follows: minimum fifty per cent to Retail Individual Investors; and remaining to (i) individual investors other than Retail Individual Investors; and (ii) other Applicants including corporate bodies or institutions, irrespective of the number of specified securities applied for. The unsubscribed portion in either of the categories specified above may be allocated to the Applicants in the other category.
RII may revise their bids till closure of the bidding period or withdraw their bids until finalization of allotment. QIBs and NII’s cannot withdraw or lower their Bids (in terms of quantity of Equity Shares or the Bid Amount) at any stage after bidding and are required to pay the Bid Amount upon submission of the Bid.

Looking into poor response by NII, company may fix issue price @500/- to give benefit of Rs.2/- to all applicants, and in such case you shall get allotment.

I went to Career Launcher for CAT preparation and got a very bad score.... :-) Paid them the tuition fees and now I am not interested to give them more money, so didn''t apply.... :-)
Looking at the low subscription compared to other recent IPOs, it seems many people avoided this IPO. Makes sense.... :-)
Sir, personal experience ka IPO se koi lena dena nai hota. All people might not have ever visited the firm. Kafi logo to yeh kaha hai wobhi pata nahi hoga..!
Can anyone please tell me, I am applying through ASBA and if I will not keep sufficient fund in bank account, then is IPO application will get cancel? Is there any changes from NSE / BSE for less amount or cancelation of IPO application?
your bank will not process it. Because They block your fund and process your application only when you have sufficient fund in a/c. Otherwise it want processed.
