The GMP once active would clarify things but in my opinion revenues are always a bit volatile for such sectors. Also long gestational periods of projects. One will have to be very patient to reap benefits. No QIBs so difficult gauging price discovery.

This SME is a case of Attractive Industry Vs Poor LM. It will be very interesting to see who finally wins 😂

I'll mostly avoid/skip this IPO as my first criteria is investor-friendly track record of LM.
Companies do matter but if that's the case, there are much better options in mainline companies.

They have filed Dec 22 financials in RHP but Chittorgarh shows the numbers filed till Sep 22. They made 40cr sales till Sep 22 and 50cr till Dec 22. So CFF was able to make sales of only 10cr in Q3. That means 50% dip in sales in Q3. And NP ratio has also reduced and borrowings almost doubled. Cash flow is also negative. These things are like a red flag here.

Financials are very nice, dip at FY 21 is acceptable due to COVID but not satisfied with such big issue without QIB, again performance of LM is not such that close ur eyes n apply. Wait n watch

Additionally Acquiring Tod Wire Antenna (Submarine Communication Device) Technology from another French Company.
