any one holding this stock since IPO price?

Yes....first bought at 69.....then at 49..... 2 lots at 59...

It would be a miracle if it recovers till IPO price, waiting anxiously but probability is also there if it falls 50% or more from here.
It has become a nightmare now

Everyone is waiting for their buying price to come.....Selling will be there at every bounce back...Most of the people have averaged their holdings...

@ ratna ratna, well I am not telling a lie , any body can contact to the Co as number provided. I have purchased 3 lots at 46.50 and I am concerned for my investment so dialled them to know about the falling price daily. Being a responsible person I am fully aware of the ethics and would never indulge in any wrong practice.

As per the available information, Cell Point India's valuation at the time of the IPO was around 185 crore. However, it appears that the stock price has now dropped to 44, resulting in a valuation of approximately 82 crore after raising 50 crore from the IPO. Consequently, the post-IPO valuation, excluding the IPO funds, stands at roughly 32 crore.

Given this significant decline in valuation, I am left with two potential explanations, which I believe warrant further examination:

Under-Valuation: I wonder if the current stock price is undervalued, as the company may possess untapped growth potential and compelling prospects that have yet to be fully appreciated by the market. If this is the case, it is plausible that the stock price may increase in the future as the company demonstrates its growth and profitability.

Financial Manipulation: On the other hand, I am concerned about the possibility of financial manipulation. While I understand that making such accusations without concrete evidence is not ideal, I believe it is essential to remain vigilant and ensure that all financial reporting adheres strictly to regulatory standards. I sincerely hope that there are no fraudulent practices, as this could have severe repercussions for the company and its stakeholders.

As a small investor, I value transparency and open communication. Therefore, I kindly request that the company provide shareholders with clear insights into the current situation, the factors influencing the stock price, and the measures being taken to address the declining valuation, if applicable.

Friends, just had a talk with Cell Point people, they are very confident about their Co. Some announcement is around the corner, Company person told me that Jan to March is their lean period and their festival season has started from July .
He told me to stay with my investment and assured me about good performance of Co.

I cannot believe how come 100CR SME IPO without QIP /Anchor investor...

this ipo is bound to sink... I dont know how come some veterns are saying yes..to this

Guys rule is simple

BIG size SME IPO without ANCHOR/QIP shoudl always avoid... dont apply for the shake of just getting alloted as size is big in natue...

all big size SME IPO has been looted retailers without anchot/QIP.

Follow the process....you will win
dont; buying ship has already sinked

@MRavi , Sir just offtopic....ur views on alphalogic ind ..... Company winning orders from Fuji Electric and Haldiram in July month only , also still holding in this scenario after listing.

The results look fine. The real question is whether it will be able to sustain these profits, which technically should increase in view of the IPO proceeds. Will review after September results.

Friends Kore Mobile sale is 250 cr with PAT of 2.5 cr with EPS of 2.4 it's price is 181 today at PE of 75
While Cell point is at PE of 11.5
Comparison is in front of You all
This is now buy on decline
Holding 3 lots at 46.50 will add more if it will available at 40.

Hope over for Short term.
Revenue on line.
Margin for last 3 months lower.
Profit only 92 lacs for Q4.

Positive cash flow only positive.

Several current asset items not classified and shifted to Non current asset vis-a-vis RHP balance sheet

@OneSevenSevenone Sir, may be this qtr from Jan to March is by nature lean season for the co.. Positive cash flow is a big plus point and secondly if u see the coming half year from Apr -Sept is better comparatively so upcoming results wil be good. With 50 crores in hand and after reducing debt of 18 cr ,we can hope for much better performance in next results.
Secondly working of co is much better than Kore Mobile which is hovering around 185.

Better to go with Vilin bio. It will also post results today, has mcap of only 30 Crs and results will be excellent
