Tough competition market
And specially they rented 73 stores out of 75.
Cost cutting, sallary on higher side. I know margin ia enough but it too high and tough competition in this segment as other brand and china sell everything at cheaper rate in all accessories.
Even of they try to expand in other state they will face another company to compete with. With earning from one state, they asking money from all over india seems not digestible. Essen & Greenchef is far better than this one.

Even if you apply 6 lots, you will get 1. Provided overall subscription in that lot size is more than 0.5.

Don't Apply Cell. Witness a lot of marketing is been done via Media Channel
I would Stay away considering the size and Low subscription.

Don't find any Valuation in this. Value proposition for Investors.

@Eva Jones Then you patiently wait for lower circuit to open and hope that after there are some buyers.. otherwise lower circuit continues..

@Eva Jones, literally watch your money burn in from of your eyes. Apply in all IPOs and you are bound to get this experience eventually. Everyone including I had this experience at any point of time.

Company is in to retail sales of mobiles, accessories, LED panels etc
Promoters are hands on in managing business with presence primarily in Andhra Pradesh
Of the issue, Rs 16.8 cr will be used for loan repayment. Loan Interest Rate is 8.5% to11.5%. Taking rate of 8.5%, this repayment will cause interest saving of Rs 1.43 cr.
From 2020 till Dec-22, company’s short term borrowing have increased by Rs 30 cr while payables have reduced by Rs 4 cr indicating that company is rely on short term borrowing to finance its working capital. It may also be that company is opting for higher purchase discount using short term borrowing and thereby boosting its profitability.
Company’s inventory has more than doubled from 2020 whereas annualized revenue has grown only 10%. Indicating this it faces strong headwinds in growing topline.
Sales commission paid is exact Rs 5.00 cr for the last 3 years, which is surprising.
Discounts allowed will be close to Rs 10 cr annualized for 22-23 which is 33% more than 19-20. Sales growth for the same period is 10% at best.
PBT to CFO conversion is average with last year being an exception due to reduction in inventory.
Other competitors like Safa System and Fone4 have material cost as 98% to 99 % of sales. Jay Jalaram has material cost as 89% of sales whereas CellPoint has material cost at 81% of sales. How it is achieved is a question.
Company is keeping Rs 10.68 cr out of the issue proceeds for general corporate purposes For an SME, this is a big amount.
On an annualized sales of Rs 300 cr with 75 stores, per day per store average sales works out to be Rs 110,000/- approx. Fone4 communication with around 30 stores in Kerala and turnover of Rs 100 cr has per day per store average sales of Rs 92,000/-
