This is for the first time I have seen tat full application does not have any allotment. Generally for all full applications there is confirmed allotment(Be it small). By this way, Wabag also may not fetch any allotment for full applications, but I have faith in Karvy. They are better and I hope they will provide confirm allotment to full applications.

Priority should be given according to the applied amount, what ever the subscription to be, firm allotment should be there for max. bid application and confirm no allotment for 1-2 lots. If its not like this why a person should invest 1lakh with no allotment and allotment to other person who applied for just 1 lot. So difenetly in my view there should be firm allotment for full application.

Got your point.But i dont think it's unfair.The chance(Probability) of getting allotment is always higher if you are applying for more.When subscription is too high,this is the only way justice can be done to everybody.Will be happy if you can please suggest a better basis of allotment.
