How will you estimate brokerages for short covering? Is that also included in the final price calculation or not? I am not familiar with short covering trick and I don't know how this works. Do you mean square-off as covering?

I am not a day trader until now.

Yesterday I sold all my shares at 56.25 & covered at 53.8 & 54 at close.Yesterday I bought 1000 shares at 53.8 & sold at 55.5.Today I sold my IPO shares at 55.5 & covered at 55.8 at close.Tomorrow Ihope to gain one more rupee & get out for the time being.
At this point of time I would most probably apply for Indosolar.I was pleased with the interview of management with Udayan.They have said they are gaining traction & will post profits in 2011.I think it should get good response from QIB's.If It does get good response then I will definitely go for it.
The main benefit is we can use the refund for other Issues.So that means we are utilising our capital to the maximum effect.
2nd one is I am going for Tirupati full blast.

CREDIT SUISSE bought 2800000 shares at 53.68 & sold 1174495 at 56.43 holding on to 1625505 shares today.

So it may not go down below 53 in short term

It can go to 60

who cares about fair price

Market is 5750 and not fairly valued...

So keep on riding....60 is possible yar


but if you want to apply for careerpoint you should sell even if it does not go to 60

you can get more than 10% in careerpoint

while in gujarat its only loss of profit.

TODAY I TRIED T EXIT GPPL @ 56.4, BUT MY BAD LUCK IT TOUCHED ONLY 56.35, I M STILL HOLDING 2000 SH @ IPO.

AS SJ POINTED OUT 55 IS THE FAIR PRICE, THAT SEEMS TO BE CORRETCT, BUT I THINK IN THE NEXT ONE WEEK IT COULD TOUCH 60 AND SETTLE AT 53-56 TILL NEXT QTR RESULT.

ANY NEW FINDINGS ON IPO ....?
