While applying through ICICI Direct in retail application, by default Cut off price is ticked always, whether its mainboard or SME. For this one, it is not ticked by default and it is not even letting me tick it manually. Anyone facing this issue?

GMP in Ahmedabad & Rajkot now quoting at 14 to 16. CG family to confirm the same for other locations.

Could this behave similar to Qualitek in GMP aspects?

This is an OFS, hence can't predict a pattern both in subscription and gmp movements.However 12 cr size is not very big , hence can easily be pulled accross with respectable figures at the end of the day. My guestimates for HNI is 40 plus day end. ipo gurus mentors and top contributors can further add to this on thier estimates

Risk is inherent in BRisk.

Promotors already took risk of bringing full OFS in SME segment.
Whole idea of SME platform was to raise money to fund SME segment with equity money (with no interest rate, NBFCs charged upto 20%).
If listing is only purpose, then, for investors- there are multiple main board listed IT companies with good valuation and track record. ( Even this is risky).
I may risk applying if someone give reasons to go for it.

NMM market maker is very risky .All the stocks badly bitten after listing . Some recovered due to good result but some still in deep discount . Cellpoint ,sahaja fashion,synoptics.will skip for sure.

Full OFS has overshadowed everything (financials and past performance of LM) - Unbelievable for SME. SME platform was set up for providing funding platform to needy companies and here comes totally diverse SME

​@rohiitian till the time, they were running with own funds, they were taking lesser salary due to taxation and all. But now, with public money being used, they will fair value their remuneration and with no money coming into the company and with increase in no. of shares, it will be quite anti-dilutive for the EPS of the company.
No sure about the uniqueness of the business (no peers) - it is basically trading into hardware and software.
Lets see how the subscription goes, will take a final call then.

​@Sanchit Jain They have already declared the new compensation in RHP - 30L / yr which is very moderate compared to promoters from several other SME IPOs. Will not impact EPS meaningfully.

Regarding the biz, I agree, my main issue is on the biz model itself. Doesn't seem exciting, but it's coming at a good PE and decent financials. Will take a call tomorrow.
