Just file your complaint with SEBI , INTIME is creating problem with everybody , you can also go to consumer court and get heavy compensation from the registrar .

You need to continuosly dial INTIME Spectrum for 4/5 mins. I managed to call them today and enquire about BGR Refund. I was told to give an application to stop my refund order initially issued. This is becoz it is lost and new refund order needs to be issued again. After getting this application in email, they will inform the bank to stop payment and issue a new refund order. I was promised that you will get new refund order within weeks time. I dont know if thats going to be the case but Lets see.

No refund till date. Have written around 10 times here and 4-5 times to Intime/BGR and SEBI. Can anybody tell where to book the culprits. This is sure becoming a FINANCE FRAUD and serious enough. The IPO process must be SUSPENDED immediately to correct the irregularities here and then started when all the things are proper. BTW how to get the refund ??

I also have not received refund for BGR and TRIL, im also sending emails dailt to INtime, compnay secretart of BGR & TRIL, and sebi but till date i ave not recevied any reply from any of the comp. these companies are fraud and sit on pooor investors money and earn interest on them.
CAN ANYBODY TELL IF WE CAN FILE A COMPLAIN IN CONSUMER COURT. WAHTS THE PROCEDURE CAN WE FILE COMPLAIN IN DELHI AGAINST INTIME AND bgr-tril.
I HAVE DECIDED NOT APPLY FOR IPOS WHERE INTIME WILL BE REGISTRAR

also share the sebi email id so that we can lodge a complaint.

I also havent received the Refund till date. Is there any way to get this.

My Application number is 91418286.

Intime numbers are almost busy. Not sure how to reach them.

I also have not received my refund of Rs 90000/- till date even lodge a complaint with SEBI. What do you think SEBI will initiate any action? As per SEBI IPO rule, refund should be done within 20 days of IPO closing date.In past also, SEBI has not taken any action against Intime spectrum despite many complaints.

I had applied for the BGR energy ipo, my application no is
1661697 and amount is Rs 20160. I have not got any refund till date.
kindly look in to this matter, and please let me know when I will get refund amount.

I have applied for BGR IPO through ICICI Direct . I didnot get allotment . MY application number is 91211404.When can I expect Refund of Amount( Rs.94080.00). Pls revert as early as possible.

i LODGE A COMPLAINT WITH sebi FOR NON REFUND OF bgr ipo AND SENDING MAIL DAILY TO sebi BUT sebi also not taking any action.

I went a head and lodge a complaint with Sebi, in the sebi site.
i request you all to do the same...
we should be teaching intime spectrum a lesson.

plz sent me information for intraday trading & holding for bgr energy

Those who have not receieved the refund of their IPOs contact to the respective comanies directly , the company tel nos. are available on the 'basis of allotment' . The registrar like INTIME SPECTRUM ( Mundra , BGR and Transformer and rectifier etc ) are not interested in giving the refunds of investors and are not even talking to the investors who are calling them , they are cheats . Just try dirctly to the company and get the refund . Still I am giving you the no. of INTIME SPECTRUM , just try it (022-25963838).

Almost every IPOs which are handled by Intime Spectrum registrar lots of investors are suffered for not received their refunds on time.
In my case I have applied almost 20 IPOs and every time I got refund amount through ECS process in my Bank A/C. But in IPO - BGR Energy Systems till now neither I

get refund amount nor any response mailer from registrar.

I have tried to contact them through phone around 200 times on nos 022-25960320 - 28 and Board No 02225963838 as they have mentioned in their official web site.

But they are not picking up phone or all time I am receiving phone engaged. Once I tried to contact then on Board No 02225963838, but they have replied that I should

call at 022-25960320 and they are not forwading my phone to concern person. I have tried almost 1000s times, on 022-25960320-28 nos either they are not picking up

phone or engaged all the time. It is making me very frustrating.

I have visited at Intime Spectrum registrar's A'bad office, but they are not giving me any information regarding this IPO details. They told to me that contact on

022-25960320 - 28 nos, this is the only source of getting information from mumbai office.

I have sent emails many times toipo.helpdesk@intimespectrum.com, but didn get any reply.

I am request you all invester to raise complaint to SEBI against Intime spectrum, It will help to lots of investors who are suffering from very poor service of Intime spectrum Registrar.
