@IPO Small Investor Won't the applications be invalid since he didn't use the unique combo of demat + pan? Pan should be same as of demat right, to be a valid app?

Very high chances that application will be rejected but all depends upon the registrar.

@BullBull  I am getting Allotment by accepting UPI from My bank account although demat account is of some other person. Recent one was alloted in Cyient DLM.

In this case Registrar will not allot shares on Technical rejection.

Can you tell what is the meaning of sub2 at 26000?

Subject to means, if you sell your application to someone and get ALOTTED(that’s subject to means) so you will get 26000 fixed amount from that person. No matter what at which price it get listed. Lower or higher. Loss or profit . He will bear the loss, He will enjoy the profit. You will get 26k.

What will be the next steps if the shares are allotted and we sell it in Grey market with subject to? How do we need to send the shares to the buyer? Incase buyer wants to sell it in preopen, who will pay the tax on the shares sold?? Any thoughts

You don’t need to send him the shares allotted . He/her has to sell on listing day only and book the profit or loss. Might be a different case if he is your very much known and you can keep his share for time till he wants to sell. Otherwise in general case he has to sell that day only. And you will bear the tax in any case. All you are getting is 26k fixed in this case.
