Hello everyone, I want to open new demat account for applying SME IPO (retail and HNI category) and also probably trading in SME IPO after listing if not alloted. So i request you all to tell which stock broker will be best keeping SME IPO application (both BSE and NSE) in mind.
One more thing, I read on CG Sme ipo guide that SME ipo for HNI category can't be applied through UPI, however I have been applying using UPI since starting (not alloted till now). Is it true? I wanted to uploed screenshot of CG guide but dont know how to do that.

1. We suggest you open a demat account with ProStocks.com. They allow SME trading and demat AMC is free when u pay a Rs 1000 refundable deposit.

2. As the UPI transaction limit for IPO application increased from Rs 2L to Rs 5L, you could now apply in HNI category using UPI. Note, you could apply max for share worth of Rs 5L using UPI in an IPO.

@Prince there are multiple strategies while applying for SME Ipo's where subs are expected to be high. All I can guide you is that by studying Basis of Allotment page of past issues, you can derive 1 strategy which suits you. Factors like number of Demat/PAN accounts, funds available in each Demat & expected subscription are major ones.

I know. I just showed how many applications I filled after getting Annapurna swadisht IPO.

20 IPO * 4 application = 80 (not lucky in any).

I havent received allotement. But amount was not released from bank.

I am alloted but amount unblocked yesterday 7:45 pm.😂

No need to worry . Just keep the amount in account they will cut it later may be tomorrow.
I also faced this type of problem once and than amount is debited next day.
