Its good to see higher-level of subscription. But dear retail investors, don''t invest in SME until you analyse the company and found it is available at reasonable price. Otherwise, your money will stuck for long time if there are no buyers. That''s the reason, SEBI decided min app amount is more than 1 lakh.

I''ve seen it''s prospectus. there is sudden jump in EPS from 0.88 to 1.57(almost 100% where as revenues are just 50% up) it is available @ pe of 28.66 . it''s peer(Aurionpro sol ltd) is available @ 24.

Well.. Think twice and analyse it before investing. There should be a person on the otherside to purchase it for premium amount.

It''s my high level observation. Please go-through the prospectus and see it''s business growth then nnly invest.
