2. Their area of operations is generic - NEGATIVE
3. Revenue & PAT is low and almost steady - Shows no growth

and

ahasolar raising money for Growth, there is no promoter offer for Sale, and PAT expanding year on year, and most important SOLAR sector its bound to grow.

Sector seems fancy as this company seems to be more into Solar Project management, trading and advisory with low asset model,clientele looks decent, however most Clean Energy EPC cos already do what this company does so I don't see any MOAT they have. One red flag is promoter holding is already at 50 percent levels and will go down further to around 30 percent or so, such low holding in a small sized SME is not ideal, if the promoters know the growth trajectory/ value of the company they won't dilute the stake so much at such initial stages of the company. I will be cautious and wait for review and recos from experienced CG members before jumping into the fancy run...

Suddenly, financials improve just before ipo. Unbelievable 10 fold increase in revenue as well as profit. SMEs coming on BSE have definitely some magic stick 😀

Same statistics is with Drone D, sudden spurt in profit and revenue, it happens in most of the SME ipo's. Window dressing the last year figures to get rich valuation. Sebi hai toh mumkin hai!!!

The financial figures are in Rs. Lakh. So, the jumps is revenue & profits are not surprising, but only the Offer rate of the IPO is.
