For those who are in dilemma whether to apply or not.
Very high P/E GUJRAT BASED COMPANY . New comers and retailers strictly dont apply. Look at todays listing , Both Synoptics and Tridhya listed in discount/at par.

Due to clash with other major IPO listing on same day and lukewarm response in the grey market. This may be a risky bet.

LM+MM combination of Beeline + Sunflower was last seen in Pentagon Rubber and before that Remus Pharma
Company has 3 verticals, software app for installers, consultancy and e-marketplace.
E-marketplace business has margin of 1-2% but contributes around 75% of turnover. The other 2 verticals have around 30% margin, as per management.
Company has provided advisory/ consultancy services for quite a few state governments (mostly BJP ruled) and PSU’s. Effect of change in government on company’s operations is unkown.
In 2022, company announced bonus twice, in sept-22 in the ratio of 88:1 and in nov-22 in ratio of 4:5
M/s Nepra Environment Solutions, an early non-promoter investor has stayed invested from Mar-19. Their post IPO stake will be 24.17% which will be larger than any of the individual promoter’s stake. Their cost, as per my working, is around Rs 1.45 per share.
Post IPO combined stake of promoters and Nepra will be 61%
Last year company had service export income of Rs 36 lacs. Whether that was one time or recurring is not known.
Cash flow for the last 3 years is below average.
Sales have increased by 20% however receivables have doubled.
55% IPO funds will be utilized for developing solar park and this will be marketed to Gujarat residential consumers on fractional ownership basis. While it is an exciting concept, its execution and regulatory approvals will have to be seen. Company claims that the life of solar power plant they will install is 25 years. Payback period of fractional ownership solar project is not known. Assuming it is 5 years, and if the project is executed as per claims, it may prove to be a highly profitable.

Good strategy here:-
1. People may sell and apply (if grey market access).
2. People sell on listing.
3. Questionable for long...
(My personal opinion..People may disagree or agree as per their risk appetite).

We are all aware of the firms that initiate Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), they commence constructing their financial statements and execute cosmetic adjustments flawlessly, some exhibit astute planning up to three years ahead while others hastily do so. However, the significant query is how to distinguish authentic necessities from the fabrication of a speculative market. Future forecasts and market need are the two instruments through which this can be easily discerned. I fail to identify any substantial justification for raising funds in this instance, aside from merely divesting some capital. Presently, I would not endorse it, especially with other IPOs scheduled.

Net worth, total assets of company 4 to 5 crore and issue demanding 12 crore
Promotor holding is just 50% which will be reduced to 36%
High pe of 27
Qib missing, 46%shares allocation to retailers, think again

whenever two major IPO (Kaka and Drone) comes, there is one dull ipo (Ashasolar).
This dull kind of IPO gives more allotment chance and good listing.

That's why I have applied Magson and got the allotment.
We saw same pattern in past similar IPO's.
With two high demand ipo , one is low demand ipo and low demand ipo perform well.

This kind of analysis makes no sense, and one day retail investors end up loosing money. Sometimes or for for very short period of time people could make money but one should avoid these kind of analysis.
With due respect, I don't want to hurt someone.

No, when HNI subscription is less than retail, allotment is done on the basis of average subscription of HNI and retail.
