LM: *GYR*

1. Company is Coming with 22 Lac share IPO Market Cap comes to 30 Cr. Putting Promoter stake below 70%. Company is into *Trading* of glass.
2. LM track record is not good SEBI case is running on Mohit Baid and other directors. Taking Advantage of good Market and Retail fancies
3. Loan on books is *11 Cr.*
They have Taken Huge loans from Various Banks out of which 7.5 cr is mortgaged against Property Raw material Stock and Director Personal Residence.
4. Look window dress of Bills. Bills may be arranged to keep Bogus inventory and thus Loan against bogus inventory could A Scenario
Inventory Show on books is 11 cr , may be Inventory is overstated to take Loan.
4. Stagnant Revenue But Profit Surprisingly Increasing. Profit in 2020 is 8 lac which with almost same revenue went to 2 cr in HY2023 which is eye Opener how promoter is making Profit in order to Get IPO and make Healthy Valuation to Make Retail Investors Fool.

Strange to see company having changed 3 CA is eye opening and A jaipur Company Appointing a CA frim in Ahmedabad. This is purposely done to get IPO Figures Verified by CAs therefore LM to Get IPO arranged a CA for making such Balance Sheet.
6. Issue Expenses Makes me further Worried of deals happening in SME segment worried how Nse Clears this IPO where Fake inventory is there. How promoters taken Loan from Bank official unethical (may be)
7. Property Owned its just a 500 Sq Meter without Manufacturing Business Purely a trader which buy sell Glass earning 2-3 cr and taking 9 cr from market. That too in a competitive business economy.
8. As per Companies Act one need to have A website as per rules but surprisingly no Website available for Agarwal Float Company.
9. Total Employees: company has total 20 Employees is Strange considered The revenue it generates. Even out of 20 6 are management people only, thus remaining 14 manages entire work for them.
10. Various sales Puchase form related Party. The company has significant Sales purchase form Bogus shell companies of same Group. Eg is Purchase from Hardik glass was 88 Lac this year. Many Such events is seen.
11. At same Address One more GST is taken and one more company runs at same address:
Agarwal Toughened Glass P Ltd, Looks Dicey as Company uses Trademark of Agarwal Touched
Private Limited. I still not understand when Agarwal Touch is Making Glass Why they Buying from Saint Globin or modi. Etc
12. Debt Equity 4X. Taken Unsecured loan @13%
13. Company made in 2018 Getting Market Cap of 30 Cr Raising 10 Cr.
One should refrain from Applying It's To take advantage of situation and Sentiment of Retail Craziness.
14. Good things SMC is Market Maker. A reputed Brand. But why they have Participated is not known.
As avg cost of Promoter is 4 rs.
15. *Most Important which Retail Investors must know is Issue Expenses is 2.22 Cr. Which is 25 % of IPO size. Which means 2.22 GYR is taking to managing 9.2 cr Is important to note that Such Issue Expenses are not Fair Practice. Hence Will not apply looking at Such high issue Expenses. These expenses are given to manage and Create fanciness in Grey and Underwrite it*
16. Mahesh Kumar one of the director is not taking any salary from Company and Managing of things with 2.5% share in the Company.

I will refrain Applying thus save your money future give an Example to Greedy Promoter and LM . Sme segment is Getting Hot and Investors will losse Money like it happened in 2018. LM Most issues in past are trading Below issue Price.

As per my knowledge, only retail investor can cancel their bid.

Non-Retail/HNI can not cancel their bid once accepted neither they revised their bid by reducing qty.

Please check and confirm urs experience

@sme investor if they apply one lot in retail both of their application will get rejected automatically.

Not possible with any bank, probably Indusland bank is allowing that.

Go with ICICI bank with money multiplier scheme or PNB with auto sweep. Both gives higher than savings interest.

As per my view, company is gud and can apply..some short seller trying to do negative marketing for their self interest...i also have seen video of company, they have huge qty of stock..
