Sir, how do I follow you for your instant update.
Means is there a way we can automatically come to know about someone's posts?

if the same is calculated according to mkt cap.

Then it is holding more than 10% of mkt cap.

Whats the reason?
A) To stop going below issue price? Or,
B) Thinking to take it on the sky by accumulating max?

if we include other 2 bulk buy deals.

So, Total 3 Person/co. together have 43% shares from the ipo shares.

Apart from shares bought on or after listing, definately in IPO also SMC got allotment..so more than 50% of ipo share are controlled by SMC and more than 70% shares controlled by 3-4 investors altogether..
IF on Monday also SMC acquire shares at par then it means something big can happen.

SMC holding after today bukk buy 8.52L (38.9%) in ipo of 21.90 L shares.

Total shares hold by 3 investors = 10.08 L (46%).

@NayanD, vital has indeed been a strange one. Strong fundamentals, very strong listing, and then very strong drop. I believe it is mostly because of lack of information or communication from the company that’s resulting in people losing patience and selling.
Fundamentals still seem robust. In fact, just noticed on screener and NSE website that their Q2 results in September were really good. Funny thing is, at NSE, they got published as Q2 results, but screener is showing those as H1 results. Essentially, screener compares FY22 H1 results with FY23Q2 results, and yet the numbers are higher for FY23Q2.
I suppose if you can show some more patience till FY23 results are declared, it may even be a good time to accumulate right now.
