I THING selling pressure is mostly because of retail applicant 35% and some retailers apply for shni and they were sell at 30% handsome return and MARKET mood was not bullish at listing day.
And because of that most institutional buyers and HNI avoid buying on listing date
Again a Financial company with so many businesses. Financials coming down at the end of every F. Y. Why 60 % for retailers? Very generous to the retailers. More OFS and less fresh equity. I always say that when FV is 1 or 2, the offer price will definitely be on higher side. Let's hope I may be wrong in my thinking. I am also waiting for offer price of Sula because of FV 2. Wait and watch. Enjoy the list of IPOs.
Is it worth to apply in Abans Holdings NBFC ipo because Citibank is almost taken over by Axis Bank and will stop its Operations in India some time Next Fiscal Year 2023 and also to note that Tamilnad Mercantile Bank has gone public and showing negative indices in Share Market. So what will be the stake of the NBFCs offering IPOs in the future and how RBI is going to revamp the process of privatisation of other banks or amalgamations?
