Why Financial of only March 2022 & upto Dec 2022 given that too in 03 parts to look like 03 years financial. Why not last 03 complete Financial Years, whereas company incorporated in 2014....Kuch to gadbad hai Daya....
Receivables has increased from 5.1 cr to 15.8 cr in 9 months of FY 2023. Receivable days increased from 85 to 211 days. Request if anybody can explain why hospital business have such high receivable? Is it on account of corporate clients? However than also sales of 20 cr and receivable of 15 cr looks fishy.
Other than receivable issue, looks good ipo. Reasonably priced at 17 p/e. objects of ipo is also well defined.

My opinion only,
In the recent past, many hospitals have started giving services under CM (States) and PM (Centre) medical schemes. In those schemes, amount receivable from state and Central govts come very late.
In Rajasthan, few months back, there was a strike by the private hospitals/ doctors on this issue.
Don't know exactly about this in Gujrat, may be someone from Gujrat can comment.
@M Gupta Thanks for the prompt response. Yes, state and center scheme revenues can be a reason however out of 20 cr revenue, 15 cr is from that sources is implausible.
@hari Uday its unlikely that in Baroda, all will have cashless benefits. Even if it is so, for hospital payment is approved by insurance company before discharge of patient and payment is made to hospital within 7 days. cant be 200 days receivable to insurance companies.
in 9M FY 2023, sales is of Rs. 20 crore and receivable of 15 cr. In receivable ageing, almost all of it less than a year. There is something more than what meets the eye.
@IPOJoker I know personally some doctor friends and they get PMJAY insurance claim from government after many 5-6 months so receivables can be justified here.
Otherwise no patients or private insurance can delay this much of amount payment for hospital charges.
