Medical facilities, Doctor''s approach, availability of medicines, Behavior of the staff was very excellent. Canteen facility very good.

The hospital provides almost every type of healthcare facility and they have the top class specialists. Buying the IPO is totally worth the money !!!

I have personally visited this hospital. it''s just 2km from my home.
Single branch and not much bigger infrastructure.
Not even an expert doctors'' panel over there.
So 121 is way high compared to their expertise, experience, and hospitals market impression.

It is expensive if rou compare with book value or with PE multiples. Please note 2021 EPS will not be successful, because of covid.

I thought to apply considering COVID but looking at generous comments by the new members it''s definitely a pass

Cons:
promoters are decreasing their stakes significantly. Big negative for the stock.
In FY20-21, the company has shown good growth but that is due to pandemic. Otherwise in FY18-19 and FY19-20, there is no growth in the business. So if investor considers eps of 0.8 clocked during fy18-19 and FY 19-20 as base then ipo asking price is at exorbitant PE multiple of 152.
While mainboard hospital stocks are trading at PE multiple of 50

This ipo is way for promoter siphon people money looking at bullish ipo market as well rip benefits of latest high profit. Reasonable share price could be around 40-50

A funny observation.. is it just a coincidence that most positive comments are coming from New Members? :-)

There are big and good mainline hospital stocks available. Avoid blocking your money in this.

Ethical ha ha ......Corporatization of heath is itself unethical. Come 10-20 years down the line, many people will be suffering without treatment.

Overall vision of management looks very promising as they want to penetrate the district/talukas area of Gujarat and provide good medical faciality/Doctors/services.
Medical industry has good potential in coming future, As a investor very good bet and hope to see them competing with NH, Apollo.

Agar kisi ne paisa lagaya to samjo usaka paisa gaya. Koi doctor nahi he vaha. Sub bhade ke tattu late he vaha.
