My name is Saad, today I opened my saving account with SBi, and there was an employee name Chandini who opened my demat account while login into the Yono app of SBI. She took my signature and clicked my one photo and did not tell me anything about what she is doing.

After filling in all the details she told me that she had opened the I'm at account also and said that opening a Demat account with SBI is compulsory while opening a saving account.

But when I reached home I call to SBI helpline no. And they told me that this is not compulsory.

So today only I transferred the full amount which I deposited for opening a saving account.

And tomorrow I will go to the SBI branch again to complain about this and to close the Demat account.

Dears,

Please do not open trading or demat account with SBI Securities.. It is one of worst supported environment.. After they migrated to the new portal... I am facing lot of problems and there is NO SUPPORT AT ALL.

The worst part is the Relationship manager does not know anything about it.
He is recommending to close the account.
