I had applied for the rights issue for tata steel and I have got 5 shares of Tata steel CCPS. I have heard that 6 shares of Tata steel CCPS will be converted into one equity share. I want to buy one more share to aggregate total six so that i can get one equity share. I have my demat account in Indiabulls.They told that currently these shares are not traded and even they dont know the scrip code for this share.Can anyone please guide me how can i buy one more share of tata steel ccps.Or can anyone please give me the scrip code for the same ?

the company has alloted me 16 shares all these shares has been
sold by me on 13/2/08 can i get the bonus shares after selling these shares because i am already making loss on the application price, can u just guide me

I have applied for 225 shares in part payment and the allotment status shows 17 shares was allotted to me. The Balance amount got refunded to my Bank account. But the Problem is till date I could not see the allotted shares in either of my Demat/Trading Account. My details below.

Dear Investors

If you have sold your shares between 11-15 Feb then sorry friends no bonus shares will be alloted to you. 3:1 ratio for issuing bonus shares. On 3 share you will get 1 share. But fine investor will not book losses.

for eg: if one investor get 5 shares on 17 shares means he will get a profit of atleast 1500 (5shs * 300 rupees).

Bonus shares will be given to all investors(excluding Promoters) only who got alotted shares in IPO and not sold yet.

So dont sell your IPO alotted shares till next week. You will get some bonus shares.

What is the procedure to get back from Karvy for this reliance power. When you write email to Karvy, you get different response every time. I think every time the email goes to different people in the call center (who are college students) have no clue what they are doing and they respond with out even looking at the previous correspondence in the email.

Any future IPO of KARVY, DO NOT APPLY.

Under attack for poor showing of Reliance Power at the stock market after its listing on Monday last, Anil Ambani Group on Sunday announced to consider free bonus shares for investors in the company and hit out at rivals for hammering down the shares of all the group companies.

Taking every body by surprise, the group firm Reliance Power said free shares would be for all the shareholders, excluding promoters who would accept dilution of their stake in the broader interest of over four million investors. A proposal for this would be considered at the Board meeting of February 24, the company said.

At the same time, the company demanded a probe by market regulator SEBI into market manipulation and market abuse through a vicious and orchestrated campaign "unleashed by unscrupulous rival corporate interests to hammer down all Reliance ADA group stocks".

The unprecedented move comes a week after the dismal opening of Reliance Power at the stock exchanges. The scrip, after listing at Rs 547.8, slid into red within a minute and closed the day at Rs 372, a level much below the issue price.

After a fabulous response for the IPO that saw a demand of Rs 7,50,000 crore for the issue of Rs 11,560 crore, the listing-day blues had led to severe criticism of Anil Ambani. The IPO was the maiden market venture after he created his own group in 2005, and was the worst ever opening for an Ambani IPO.

i piad rs 96750 against full payment towards 225 shares through indiainfoline .ihave been alloted rs 17 shares .However an amt of only rs 5590 has been refunded against an amt of rs 89940 to be refunded.

investors are being cheated by reliance group and their registars after having lost trust by the fall in share price
