Founded in 1999, Four Soft Limited was an Indian IT company that specialised in developing web-native software solutions for the global logistics, transportation, and supply chain management industries.
In October 2013, Four Soft sold its software product division to Kewill (which later rebranded as BluJay Solutions.
Following the sale, the original listed entity rebranded as Palred Technologies and transitioned into e-commerce and outsourced software development.
Before the 2013 acquisition, the company’s core technology included an integrated web-native portfolio used by top logistics companies globally.
