i am holding my 1 lot as of now....will see further movements to decide to sell/hold.....company was on very reasonable valuations and with very good growth in profits....and these days airline industry is doing good due to which it is also being benefited...

01/02 first time in life i was preying not to allot this IPO due to pure GMY manipulated but allotted now i am worry to loos 10 to 20% of my principle amt. kya yaar wase niklta nahi hai jab nikla to worry so please IPO mentor / guru please suggest should book the loos if open on negative ?

Now, you should thank GOD & the person who suggested to apply. It listed at 43% premium. silver lining, isn't it? :)

how GMP can confuse innocent retailers. 10 Rs till yesterday, soon after it was closed, it came down to zero.

I didn't apply , but it always painful to see GMP misleading some subscriptions.

Woww... As a retailer I can't understand things that happens in the backdrop. There were not a single gmp discussion in this whole thread, no s2 and all.. here allotment was super easy, but something was cooking from the beginning.

Short term borrowings up from Rs 1.67 cr to Rs 12.24 cr
LT and ST borrowings of company are Rs 26 cr against which it has advances of Rs 19.75 cr. Usefulness of such advances is not known. Usually companies provide BG instead of advance.
Company has given a security deposit of Rs 7.5 cr to Pradhaan Air, a group company with from it has purchase of Rs 3.3 cr. Why give large SD when business done is so low.
Company has 33% stake in Teleport commerce IN valued in books at Rs 2.48 cr. Co’s share of networth of Teleport Commerce is Rs 244 lacs. Future business benefit of such stake is not specified
Out of total revenue for 10MFY23, Rs9.5 cr is from related parties and receivables of Rs 2.72 cr are from related parties
YoY EBIDTA margins has doubled, presumably because of air passenger services which was nil last year
Revenue from air passenger services is Rs 7.62 cr while total procurement from Azerbaijan Air, its only air passenger vendor, is Rs 5.57 cr. What all elements are considered in air passenger services is unknown.
Commission income this year is Rs 35 lacs which was never there in previous years

As the other good options are available in the market & presently Cargo stocks are not performing well. Cargotrans, Cargosol & others too are not doing well when market is at ATHL.
