I will avoid due to following reasons :
1. they are on rented property
2. their core competency is web development
3. negative cash flows from its operating, investing and its financing activities in the current and past years
4. Litigations

P/E Ratio of 61.8 (Very Very Aggressive pricing)

Review and think, what was the highest P/E ratio in which you applied last time and whats the status of that company.

LM has surely made some backup plan and tieups for Issue to be subscribed in such an aggressive pricing. Save yours money and invest after due research.

PROVENTUS AGROCOM WAS AT 180+ PE and VERY HIGH PRICE. I HAD APPLIED IN IT AND GOT EXCELLENT RETURNS IN 7 DAYS.

I Respect your opinion but there always some exception which should not be trend for next investment. There might be 2-3 examples for that but overall view in high PE is negative.

Though size of issue is moderate and financials looks decent, still spark is missing.
Mainline ipos may also disturb subscription, still lets wait n watch as more than 1 week to think n study.
