Hope it lists in positive and retailers don't face loss
And if it lists in negative atl retailers should understand learn from mistakes

retail plus hni 17.5 % of total ipo
hni share transfer to retail is total 10% of total share left
so in my thinking positive listing 100%
initial supply is very small
and QIB not able to sell initially

Crow Verdict: Yatra has one of the cleanest travel travel booking experiences among its peers but that cleanliness doesn't translate here in this IPO. Poor PAT figures, 35% promoter dilution, greed-induced PE at 6x its peers, and the GMP engine refusing to start. NASDAQ-listed parent is in a shambles and I don't see it caring much for its offspring. The 10% retail quota, 78% fresh issue, and iffy fancy factor do not excite me. The "3rd largest online travel player" crown is based on its aggregation ability, which only says that it can attract vendors and variety, not customers. Which isn't saying much. Although I do have FOMO on EaseMyTrip (Mar 2021), taking a "yatra" in this decrepit wagon will be foolishness.

Crow's skin in the game: I may dabble with 1 retail lot if QIB crosses 9x and RII stays within 3x.

Crow's last AVOID recommendation: Pyramid Technoplast (13% listing pop but immediate LC and currently down 1% from IPO price).

Skipping this IPO so that other can have better chances of allotment :-)

Anyways Hospitality industry is something I will stay away from.

Current Subscription Looks like perfect case for negative listing... Skipping a main board ipo after long time... So far the scenario is Retail may get all shares applied beyond their quota not good for listing gain purpose... Let's c where final subscription ends up

Waiting for strengthening of subscription in all three Categories. In Samhi also confirmed allotment to all valid applications in NII B and S and Retail !!!!

Issue sailed through with FII and MF support. Will take a call by 3 pm.

The un subscribed portion of NII, if any, will go in what ratio to QIB and Retail?

There is no such predefined rule for this. It has to be decided by company. Mostly retailers will get 1 lot for sure, rest they may give to retailers and QIB both in proportionate or only to QIB's.

Under-subscription, if any, in any category, except in the QIB Portion, would be allowed to be met with spill over from any other category or combination of categories of Bidders at the discretion of our Company and the Promoter Selling Shareholder, in consultation with the BRLMs the Designated Stock Exchange subject to receipt of valid Bids received at or above the Offer Price. Under-subscription, if any, in the QIB Portion, would not be allowed to be met with spill-over from any other category or a combination of categories.

Seems ipo will anyhow sail through

Rarely any ipo don't sail in bull market that's most of IPOs are brought in bull market.
There is all time high inflow in MF by the grace of bull market and public so now MF has hell lot of money and they lack opportunities of investment so now they can throw this money anywhere.

Skipping completely without second thought..nasdaq chart is enough to arrive on decision. No alpha, beta, PE, sec website reference is required.
