One of the worst listing today. In future beware of FEDEX, the LM of Yasons. Even CG is still showing GMP of 10%. Many learned members were quoting GMP and many were against this SME. Mixed action. But reaction a big one negative. It also touched lower circuit and then upper circuit. What a manipulation. Who so ever put in l c were bought and upper circuit.
Who have got and not sold today may get a relief tomorrow, I presume.
Generally I don't apply in average SMEs. But I had also applied. Due to grace of God, I did not get allotment. So happy now as my record of non allottee is in tact for more than five years in SME.

@Vaibhavvd Lemme Clear something .. there is term named/called "Fake GMP" .. Heard About Moxsh Overseas Educon .. NII _ 93 Times & RII _ 107 Times .. Subscribed Heavily .. Maybe GMP of Moxsha was approx 30% .. Subject Rate 15,000 - 20,000 .. where is it at present now .. allotted 153/- & 110/- at present .. Don't Go Blind By GMP / Subscriptions .. Regarding Forum Reviews I don't know .. Regarding DRHP/RHP .. it gives detailed information of litigation .. loans .. CAGR .. etc etc .

got one lot, tried to sell but did not happen......in loss, what to do ? sell at first opportunity or hold for some time ?

@Safe Bet My 7 Years experience in SME tells me that Good company always rewards. Retailors should learn that we can't earn at Listing day in every IPO. sometimes we have to hold with Patience. sometimes we loose also , but it's part of sharemarket.

Saved here because of non allotment 😑.. lesson learned.

1. This QIB quota in SMEs is recent phenomenon. (Last one year or so). Before that, there used to be 1 or 2 SME in whole year offering QIB. Yet there are numerous multibaggers who did not offer QIB.
2. GMP, if you analyse past SME, works but there are many exceptions where there is no GMP but the issue became rocket and, also other way round.
I feel for a long run fundamentals, patience and ofcourse strong finance are pre requisite....

Some reputed members continuously posting GMP like ST 35000 ST 25000 in starting of IPO and retailer get confused and apply. And after listing of IPO those reputed members move to new page.

Khazanchi , innovatus , Zeal Globlal - all in line to disappoint the investors.

Earlier also whenever multiple IPOs clashed it caused pain to investors.

Market correction also started paining investors.

Ipo over subscription by more than 60 times. Listing at a discount of 20%. Cannot understand what has happened badly in a week. Both promoters and LM must be good. Otherwise we will burn our fingers.

Fedex has again failed miserably..

Nikunj is the MM in Srivari also.

@sahab  I feel some Technical Glitch at NSE. Because Preopen price 50 was stable in spite of lot of changes in buy & sell orders in price wise and in quantity wise. IN spite of all price was steady 50.

Beware Highly manipulated balance sheet. Some related party transaction in sales. Few particular suspicious persons are the clients of Yasons. I have research market there products are not available in markets. Cautious take profit in pre open only. May repeat of cell point or bizotic.

@Balance sheet Reader I think u cant get their product for local shops...its mostly b2b..baaki thy have good presence on Indiamart and products also available. I tried contactin on number provided and it looked like a genuine product sale. Hand sanitizers small perfumers and similar products they make.

@Stockoholic but in case of Spectrum the issue size was one of the biggest in SME and here it's 20.57 Crore seems this could be managed by Lead Manager and Market Maker hope it does otherwise you may be right as Greymarket premium is dying it might list at par too.
