Having completed reading the RHP I realize the pricing is not that expensive. Oil Price & Capital Intensive business can be an issue but this can transform itself to something close to Gati & anyway above TCI. I feel this will give both listing gains and probable long term gains but please check the quality of Anchor Investor and QIB NII bidding before taking a position.

Nasirul ji..looks like VRL is going to subscribe multiple times, even if it doesn''t I would like to know in case when Ipo gets subscribe multiple times, the chances of shares getting allotted in full application is more or one should ally for 3-4 lots.

SEBI rule for allocation is minimum one lot to Retail Shareholders. That means in case of over-subscription the allocation is done on a lottery basis. So, whether you apply one lot or multiple lots the chances are same. If the retail subscription is above 1.4X there''s chance of allocation by lottery. For better allocation open account for your dad, mom, bro etc and apply from multiple account. I don''t do that but that''s the sad reality.
