All three are good for listing purpose...apply in all three in retail and if need to choose only one for hni with less fund available then try in virtuoso due to bigger size and better chance...
For medium to long term holding, viviana may prove good bet than virtuoso but for listing purpose it may be reverse too...

I went through Viviana now. Asking valuation looks reasonable at 11PE. No income taxes paid & I am not sure why. Debts are mostly expensive though partially from Promoters. Management Compensation little higher I feel considering size. Working Capital intensive business & coupled with expensive debts may be risky. Overall, so so issue I feel. Given that sector is seeing demand & may be worthy in short-medium term. I will personally skip this issue though but if taxes are paid in future & debts refinanced at lower rates then I may pickup like KMEW. Again I am not looking for listing gains. So, please review & take decision based on your investment style.

@pkraj is right, may be hua reasoning can be debated but he is right in saying this is no place to discuss politics or religion or good habits etc..... once it starts this won't be a ipo forum.....
So why it to it.... Lot to discuss here gmp, promoters, subscription etc etc.... Let's keep us limited to it.....

How many demate acc. you have. If you have more acc. to apply then all retail suggested. If you have three demate acc. then apply two retail and one HNI. Apply maximum in retail and balance fund as hni you have acc. Accordingly. but more SME IPO opening so divide money in all ipo as a retailer. Virtuoso. Viviana. M flex . These three ipo are good to apply. Rest your decision. IMO.

@sbipo. Please keep connected here, as this is the only source we can have a collective approach to get justice from ICICI, as I have already tried by best and wasted a hell of time, but could not even make ICICI accept their mistake and errors...

Did you get any response from @IPOFINWIN or any other sufferer of ICICI. Being a holiday today I hope all will be relatively free to discuss here if possible...

Thankfully Veekayam has recovered but one day soon ICICIDirect user will suffer a huge loss or atleast miss opportunity to earn huge profit, like I lost a chance to grab 100000 profit in Precision IPO...

@avenue ya same here, this is not my bread butter but ya I do in investment with my salary money.... I been using zerodha with IDFC..... So it's been going good....though I don't have luck with IPOs but till now no problem with interface....
Btw would love to know about ur portfolio.l, where all you are Invested....
R u in USAseeds? What's your way ahead for it?
Hope u have smooth movement from icici.....or better if they Rectify it ...but seeing people have been facing this problem for such a long time and icici must be knowing it and still not doing anything , so there might be problem with the source code....

@Takamichi... I also have started Zerodha with 1 a/c, problem is I have 4 of 3in1 a/c in ICICI. Anyway... Precision actually had some depository issue as shares were not transferred in time, but yes ICICI should accept and address it which they never did.
The present issue of incorrect price range faced in Veekayam, may be a source code issue but in next Olatech IPo it was corrected. It's wait and watch and shifting is sure but when I don't know. Zerodha with IDFC/IndusInd is definitely a better option.
USA Seeds I sold @ 160 some time back.

Can anyone clarify what is the crop compensation? The expense rose to 0 two years ago to 6.75 cr in latest posted fiscal. Also advance of 2.9 cr is standing in Balance Sheet.

While laying transmission line on farm-land , company has to provide crop compensation as per right of way of transmission line. Building of transmission tower may ruin crop.
