Previously not able to apply in two blockbuster sme ipos : Remus n krishca strapping due to late refund from some ipo ( name forgotten). And both these IPOs become multibagger..

Revenue and profit both are growing rapidly. GMP is also more than 40%.
Good IPO for listing gain.
I will apply surely in reatil category.

So strong Revenue visibility

I am Ultra bullish on this counter

But many litigations are pending but it is very common in Infra companies
But still a small risk

One can include Osia in watchlist. It's a profit making retail company having malls in Big cities of Gujarat and in each mall you will find large number of people doing their shopping.

Company is investor friendly and gave bonus in ratio of 3:5 in May 2022.

My conservative short term target : 56. No recommendation.

Since last 2 days closed with upper ckt. Today closed @45.15 now seems to be heading towards 55/ Let's see and enjoy the rally.

Agar ipo allotment nahi hota to FD ka interest to milta rahega. Or agar ipo allotment hua to profit se jo returns milte h wo extra.

NOT good volumes in GM yet but it will receive huge response from investors due to order book and valuations.
Apply for listing gains

Valuation is reasonable and much more steam is left for the investors. Good intention of the LM & Promoters.

Only consideration is they are doing business with various State Govt. & 23-24 is the year of elections and this may the only risk factor. It may not be true but we have seen this factor in Udayshivakumar.
Experts please correct me if my view is wrong.

A financially sound New age company coming after Mapmyindia and Easemytrip

On December 14 , 2022 , A private placement was done at 215/- share and then bonus was done at 2:1

Means it's value in Dec 2022 was 107.5
And now after big growth in revenue and PAT
it is coming at 99

Means they are giving a very good valuation
discount .

Till now , a Must apply candidate

I don't think any company will issue shares to public at a lesser valuation than it has given during private placement, that too after growth. It was just a mathematical error, but thanks for sharing the piece of info. You really share useful information for the benefit of the CG members 🙏😊 I always try & read all your messages.
