Everyone buys as per their risk appetite..

I made good money re-entering MapMyIndia at 1000 level. While I sold my alloted lot on listing. People who are holding their IPO lot..are also in profit. But will I buy it now.. no way.

Valuating a company while it may seem mathematical process but it's more driven by perception. Everyone values a company differently hence you find buyers and sellers at all price.

So be happy for others who are making money..be happy for yourself that you have made money. It's not a game of identifying the ultimate champion.. who is always right. Only God and liars are never wrong. To err is human.

QIB Subscription is decent enough,
I think they know better than us(retail).

At one point I was enticed to apply a retail lot but finally decided against it.

Here retail has more chances than NII

I applied in retail. Funds stuck in Arabian.
This one will list good.

Debt is worrying part plus low promoter holding. Although it works in EMS and Defense sector, which is booming.
However, this does not inspire confidence.
I will look at it after listing.

1. THE LEAD MANAGER FOR THIS IPO IS SAARTHI, WHO FAILED TO MANAGE LISTING OF SPECTRUM TALENT.
2. THE REGISTRAR SKYLINE IS FAMOUS FOR NOT RELEASING THE FUNDS ON TIME, SO ONE MAY MISS THE NEXT COMING CYCLE.
3. PROMOTER HOLDINGS POST THIS ISSUE IS BELOW 30%.
4. THERE IS SUDDEN JUMP IN THE PROFIT MARGIN AFTER FLAT REVENUE FOR PAST 3 YEARS.
5. VERY HIGH DEBT OF 86 CRORES.
6. 50% OF REVENUE IS COMING ONLY FROM 1 CLIENT.

I was not able to see niche or novel technology that is being used by these guys which cannot be replicated easily.. open architecture, use of GPP, ARM based etc are being done by so many with layers of h/w and s/w audits ... Then something they wrote about DAP (but really skipped while reading as I was not able to see what have they supplied or there partners in def production) .....might as well indicated what tech they specialise and hero product that they supply

It's not niche segment but pcb sector has huge tailwind due to make in india and PLI scheme.
Plus, Anti dumping duty case status filed by IPCA(India Pcb mfgr assicoation) on behalf of PCB manaufactures in india.
I do hold BCC FUBA (PCB MANU.) from secondary market.
Here, in Vinyas financials are hard to digest with bottom line goes out of roof in last FY.
