​@newgen consultancy  was subscription in Manoj Vaibhav intentionally kept low considering allotment is a day after the issue ends, merely just a speculation, or maybe something cooked under the eyes? Btw thanks for the stock picks shared by you recently.

Sir this issue came out of the syllabus
No one knew about this issue that it was coming in September

And They kept big valuation discount and kept much on table

But no demand or thing said by you
( which you are indirectly saying )

Leading light and Saint capital were in anchor book of Sah Polymers as well and other two are anchors of SME IPOs.

Leading light fund- Holds Global surfaces and sah polymers.
Saint capital- Most SME and sah polymers, global surfaces
Astorne capital- >1% No shareholding data found
Negen- Could only see aeroflex industries, maybe in bulk deals

If IPO is for a subsidiary then the prospectus should also include standalone statements of the subsidiary.

Dunno what is attracting people to this IPO, yes its promoters are reputed but it just make API of one drug paracetamol, not a great fan of one trick ponies.

Is any new API under-research or in pipeline?

This issue is to raise fund for its subsidiary. I have no clue about that subsidiary.

I expect at least 1000 CR revenue from 40 yr old company.

​ @newgen consultancy sir, on an avg retail application in recent IPO is 12-18 lacs ( as posted by some mentor ) , so retail should cross 30x

Allotment chances:
Retail-36300 applicant will get 105 shares each
BHNI - 740 applicant will get 105 shares each
SHNI - 370 applicant will get 105 shares each

BHNI & SHNI will get 1470 shares or 14 lot

Can someone confirm when exactly is the T+3 listing mandatorily applicable...as this issue is closing in the month of October, so will T+3 be applicable in this?

T+3 is mandatory from 1st Dec 2023 and from Sept 2023 onwards it has been optional

Here are some points what I can observe from RHP.
I request the experts to throw some light on these for further analysis which helps the members.
1. On February 06, 2022, promotors group bought (Rights Issue) 43,00,000 Equity Shares (F.V. of 10) @ 89.30 each

2. Industry P/E Ratio:       Highest 66.07             Lowest 14.89             & Average 40.48
            The company’s asking post issue P/E Ratio is 21.9

3.      Return on Net Worth (RONW)
Fiscal 2023 28.86%
Fiscal 2022 38.48%
Fiscal 2021 34.54%
      RONW decreasing in the last 3 years and one of the reasons is issue of bonus shares to the promoters
On March 28, 2022, 14,80,000 issued Bonus equity shares of F.V. 10.00 in the ratio of 1:10
On February 23, 2023, 1,62,80,000 issued Bonus equity shares of F.V. 10.00 in the ratio of 1:1
My conclusions are:
1. on 06-02-2022 promotors bought shares @ 90 approx. now asking for 140 and seems reasonable considering promotors experience, RONW and Industry P/E.
2. Promotors fully capitalized the value of the company (their efforts) by way of bonus shares.
Any suggestion pls for further improvement or for any corrections
