In the past too when no premium was there for Technopack just 1.5 months back and the issue was not heavily subscribed but this stock rewarded to it's investor nicely. So don't worry and pray for the healthy market at the time of Listing.

As I am new in here & into SME part too; so could anyone plz tell me what does pre-open market is & how can one sell in it?
Only HNI applications are allowed or even retail application can be sold incase of successful allotment.

On listing day pre-market trading is used to arrive at listing price, all buy/sell trades will be executed at 9.45 at the listing price.
If you are a seller only thing you should make sure that the price quoted in your sell order must be lesser than listing price.
General practice is to place a limit sell order at offer price. do not place market order in pre market,it will not be executed.
both retail and hni SME allotments can be sold in premarket....atleast i am able to do it in Zerodha.

If HNI numbers lower than retail than how allotment will be done in both category?

who told u, is right, consider total as subscription for both categories if HNI is lower.

I request all of you, if u have capable of taking risk up to 20 25k at the time of listing then u can apply otherwise u can avoid it.
Please don't apply in frustation of not getting any sme ipo in the past . Don't apply with this mind set ki pehle kabi nahi mila sme ipo or ye kum subscribe hua hai to laga lete hai!

in my view, apply in all sme's as per funds availability.....
homesfy and rbm looking good to me for mid to long term also as per their business model....rest profits can be booked after listing or can be hold as per individual choice or as per share price movements after listing....
uma also looking good other than debt part...revenue and profits are huge and growing , issue is reasonably priced for now and it has good clients too and sector/business is also demanding...
Arihant is better than uma as we know but allotment chances are also tough in similar way....

Good points to apply for this IPO:->

1)Profit making company
2)Packaging Industry a must for every manufacturing company
3)E-Commerce industry need / regular companies
4)Done work for Ambuja cement for Plastic waste -great work . This company can also get engaged in similiar nature of work in future.
5)Necessity for Medical line as well, i.e. if there are any medical emergency this company will retain its state
6)Good GMP
7)Not much subscription figure till now (1 PM 21 dec 22)- Merely subscribed to 5 time. So chance of getting allotment.
8)My heart say go subscribe to it.....

Good financial other then the borrowings. The market makers SMC GLOBAL has good past record for listing gains. One can apply for listing gains.

The valuation is good, P/BV is less than 1. PE is 10. The loans might of the promoters (unsecured) since no official credit rating is obtained from rating agencies (as per search done by me). In my view, we should apply in this company.

Please read prospectus , major loan from financial institutions , major part going towards EMIs , cash crunch can be seen in cash flow statement. Use your digree bro before recommending apply or not apply

you are correct brother. On a further investigation, found out that around 50 cr loans from financial institutions. But the debt equity ratio post this issue would be around 1.2 times equity, which seems reasonable. The catch point is P/BV of 1, good turnover and the entire issue proceeds coming to the company.

Till yesterday was thinking of putting in some retail applications....Risky bet sure but still....
Today this jump in GMP on the last day of issue has made me skeptical. This wide fluctuation in GMP....is it genuine or has it been jacked up to lure fence sitters? Maybe experts can guide us......

All E , Did have a tepid listing

Which is a good thing , It is always an opportunity to buy fundamentally sound stocks at decent valuations
If the listing would've been at 150 or 200 prices we would have been talking about the great listing , and if we get the stock @ 90-100 , No too risky it will fall more

Either ways we could only talk but not make any money
But when the listing is decent , it is alwaz an opportunity to make money
There is risk for sure .... The strange point is Risk will be alwaz there
