After a very long time a TVS Group Company is coming to the Market. Expecting a reasonable price band. The Madurai City of Tamilnadu based T V Sundaram Iyengar Group Companies are well known for their Honesty, Integrity and investor friendly Management. Almost all their Companies have handsomely rewarded the loyal Investors. They have a Pan India presence as well.

Just studied the results of Delhivery, which can be directly compared with TVS SCS .
It's losses narrowed from 318 cr to 55 cr
And also a good topline indicating
Decreased input costs and inflation softening

I just calculated TVS SCS forward earnings
Here PAT is coming around 455 cr for
FY 23-24 By considering Revenue CAGR of 28% which is 13000 cr topline and PAT Margin of 3.5% hence PAT comes around
455 cr
So PE on forward earnings 18.68 which is too cheap .

Not promoting the IPO but just stating it's future prospects.

And one more thing the remaining funds want
To exit the company, but due to low valuations they are not participating in the OFS in , in 2019 the company was going to bring an IPO of 4400 cr at a Valuation of
2.2 bn $ i.e 18000 cr .

But now due to losses in previous two fiscals
The valuations are slashed .

The company did a Private placement on 27 July 2023 to SBI at a rate of 167 per share
Now demanding 197 per share . Which is unfair

In Delhivery, a very beautiful bullish pattern is formed, and this will gonna fly with the refined fuel of good results!

SEBI guidelines

If could be wrong, but if it is profit making company then it is 35% retail quota, and if it is loss making company then retail quota is 10%. HNI is fixed at 15%. Remaining QIB. Remember reading somewhere this long time back.
