2 years back, due to COVID sale was also and before that, not many were buying/aware of office furniture from those brands.

Now its all abt BRAND and Trans Steel has established itself as a BRAND. Further profit is increasing inline with the sales, though for IPO purpose it can show some better profit, however future is bright.

Company can compete Chinese products and export to many other countries.

I am applying for minimum 50% return. Not going to list less than that during SME EUPHORIA.

Transteel Khela hoga, reserve some money for this and maitrey both

​@IPO LEADER Cooking financials does not happen with SME Only, can happen with any IPO Bound company to show attractive financials to lure investors. There can be other factors to consider in SME IPOs other than financials, if they appear cooked.

Company is claiming itself D2C company..check their trade receivable and cash flow.. sudden increase in PAT and simultaneously trade receivable

company is present in ever growing industry dominated by unorganised players. Dumping cheap Chinese imports. If they have good quality & marketing setup holding for at least a year will give decent return

These days it is very tough to get ipo allotments but very easy and that too at discount after listing. Committed cargo etc are the examples

Company filed Drhp as per March 23 financial and sudden jump in PAT from 1.5 cr to 9 cr in 2023..
I think profit will not sustain in future

Can be applied along with Paragon and Maitree.
