offline here u need to feel the form transfer form not application form and transfer the number of share u want to sell. u need to understand buy back reduce the number of share so going forward EPS will improve even on same PE multiple share price will rise. And as u said price will jump given the demand

Dr Reddy Lab Buy back offer is a good strategy to make 15% gain in a short period. Also with buy back even if you do not sell it to the company share price will rally to a higher price then the present price. It is good way to make sure short money return.

yes record date stll not informed so u can buy. however this offer will be oversubscribed so all the share will be not brought back however it will not oversubscribed by much too. j

Dr Reddys will buy back from open market in a period of six months thru NSE & BSE. No any offer to buy back from share holders.

Septa, think you are stating 15% return as Dr.Reddys Buyback price is 3500 where its CMP is 3100 if I understand correctly. But they wont buy or you cant offer all your shares. I mean, if you are holding say 10 shares, they wont buy all shares from every investor. They will buy 1 or 2 shares. only possiblity is its share should go to 3500 with this buyback offer.

Is it possible? Just dial buy back price is 1500 and its share price at buyback time was 600-700. I was holding 50 shares of Just dial and I got buyback offer for 5 shares. Even after buyback process, Just dial share price is just above half of its buy back price. Ofcourse, DRL CMP is not half of its Buyback . so, do you think that DRL price reaches 3500? Please clarify and Thanks in advance.

Nand Kishore Parwal Dr reddy has not yet said how they will buy back Stock exchange or Book building process. Since they have already appointed lead manager Imo it going to be Book building process.

PavanM it all depend on what is demand for BBP which i think will the method used in case of stock exchange method which i think they will not then it will be like normal exchange buy and sell. Yes Justdial like situation will not happen given the difference in price BTW justdial was Book building process and not a open stock exchange offer

NKP even if it a open exchange offer 10% plus buy back will have a good effect of price from present level. Just another observation IMO given dividend distribution tax rule change many big companies will now prefer buyback strategy then big dividend
