i guess valuation is more important than OFS(higher or cheaper)....
if someone have bought at lower levels he will sooner or later will book profit as we do. there is nothing bad in it.
But i agree at a point Reducing Promoter''s stake is a cautious point too.

If company come to IPO
Now or future must reduce their stake to 75 % or below that one rule there

@indiaway i m saying same thing they will reduce their stake we have to see co. most of the time

Fully OFS v/s Opportunity from Secondary market.... think and apply

Reasonably profit making company. Cash generation is good. Mining industry is upbeat with metal prices are in solid phase. But age old business Second generation of promoter is also good. May not get spectacular return after IPO as around 30 percentage gain would be there. I would say safe bet with modest gain post listing

Financials look solid in this ipo...
Consistent growth in top line as well as bottom line and icing on the cake is the profit margins have improved pretty sharply as well..
June-21 result looks bit out of the trend but I think that''s ok considering covid was peak in april may and june this year....
If listing price is good, I think this one will rock!!

price is 443 to 453. perfectly priced

Gmp starts.. 200rs. Almost 50%. Tega will b the first one to target in December.

Prima facie, the price of 453 makes this comparatively cheap as compared to its peer AIA Engineering ltd.. Despite having better ratios (RoNW, Price to Book, higher face value) to its peer, it''s coming at a P/E of ~22 vs AIA''s P/E of 31... hit hoyega... size bhi chota hai...

20 me 1 in retail and HNI easily 300x
