This post is not to make you feel guilty but there were warning and red flags all over. All the best to people who bought in pre-op and all those who were allotted and did not sell. I would be happy if you reach your target and make gain. These type of script destroy the whole IPO market sentiments and future listings.

I think all the new members are coming to scare. I don’t think this issue is bad.

You should never blindly trust people like this. It is your hard earned money. I have never seen anant aggarwal giving so clear strong recommendation to apply in any other ipo till now as he gave in this one. Surely, he knew what is going to happen and maybe in nexus with lead manager fooled innocent retail investors here

And
15 cr profit was exceptional item.
So it's not good company.

He should warn this big big red flag before telling here apply tag.

But he never told anyone his logic behind his blind suggestions in any IPO!!!!

One factor which comes to mind is very big size of IPO without QIB and how will it affect the listing?

Definitely it will impact the listing as size is huge and it may give 10-20% listing returns in best case scenario.

Finally skipped. Risk/ Reward appeared unfavorable.

Seems BHNI are waiting and they will jump after 3:45. Despite GMP and SBT such pathetic subscription can be due to one reason: 60+ crore issue without QIB.

I have applied to get one lot here

price so high. company is good but ipo price is so high. hence avoid.

For me it looks risky for the following reasons:
- Company is nearly 50 years old. Still struggling to show consistent growth
- The revenue and profit has decreased over the years.
- If we take out profit on sale of asset (Rs.15.64 crore), last year profit stands less than 5 crore.

Unless the subscription numbers shoot up to guarantee a positive listing, I prefer to stay away. I have funds for few lots and I sure better opportunities are available to invest. Will wait and see.

Right. Avoiding this even if it oversubscribes. Saving money is better than investing in risky stocks like this
