I am not able to open Financial results, Annual accounts or anything except IPO related things under Investor Corner in Company's Website. This creates suspicion. What they are hiding? All these years before IPO, Net profit ration to Sales was negligible which sky rocketed in FY 23 and for Sept 23. Hard to believe their financials.

Technopack polymers has better margin on revenue than this.
Its also on same field of PET perform.
Technopack started production with new machine bought from italy in November (this month) for which they raised the ipo.

However This IPO is also good to apply due to LM track record.

6 lakh se 3 cr ka PAT and very less increase in revenue but assets have been double..it means assets properly use hi nhi ho rhe ya fir profit adjustment hua hai kuch assets ke against Mai..sahi khel hai IPO Lana hai to profit dikhao and uske pehle and bad mai tax bachao

Interesting business but weak financials. Oil price change can improve trajectory in the future so need to watchout for that. Expensive valuations though and hence skip.

Sudden increase in Profits in FY 23 & First half.
Margins more than doubled.
Seems totally cooked

Yes...noticing this trend of multiple BRLM in very small SME IPO's and it just doesnt inspire confidence. Also, noticed a few SME IPO's with some sale by existing shareholders in the recent past which seems to be a new trend.

But any insights that you both can share on the MM - Rikhav/Nikunj, will be helpful.

Revenue not increasing, but profit increasing manifold. Not convinced much about the company. Only soothing factor is LM which has a decent track record. But investment only on basis of only LM can be disastrous, as in many cases. And they have carefully chosen the ipo dates so that the refund from mainboard companies will be unblocked. Clever

@Basuvr Respected Sir, I am not following his steps or there is not a question of taking opposite position of what he says .. Question is By such dumb ones other new comers take position .. His GMP is not strong or solid as like KING👑'Vinod's/Kappo/Arjun etc .. so such type of people need some bashing .. so that blue whale 🐋 should be hunted / killed .. ✌️
