what the lead manager doing ? is there any responsibility for them ? What the sebi and exchange board is doing ? Atleat investors are interesting only in some communication if there is any technical problem else declare the date of alltment and listing.This company making cheating with the investors who put there hard money to develop there business.ANY BODY SHOULD TAKE LEAD AND TAKE LEGAL ACTION SO THAT NO OTHER COMPANY DO LIKE THIS.

Forget about allottment and refunds...there wont be any refunds, as everyone will gey full allottments. We just need to bother about the listing date, which could be next week.

bhai kab aayega allotment, kab list hoga, kab refund hoga.......kisi ko kuch pata he ????

I hope I do not get any allotment and with the money refunded I will put it in some other company

what the hell this company & Registrars to the Issue are doing? 21 days are elapsed since closure of subscription.The company has to pay interest for the delayed period beyond 15 days from the date of closure, as per SEBI guidelines to all the investors.

We are so much used to comfort zones/levels that even slightest delay irritates us. As per the rule the entire process of allotment, refund & listing should be completed within one month from the last date (closing) of the issue. That means they can make allotments any time on or before 24th Nov. Refund on or before 25th & listing on or before 26th Nov ( as last date of closing of issue was 26th Oct). Only if they dont do all this before 26th & delay further we can complain to SEBI. Till then we cannot complain also. If it goes beyond one month then they have to pay interest as it happened with Dhanus. So guys have patience & they have full rights to take time till 24th Nov for allotment. If some one else does it within 14 days that means they are very efficient & if any one delays beyond 30 days then that means they are ineffecient.

20 days and still no information on refund or allotment......... I take a pledge to never apply for any company's IPO whose registrars are AARTHICONSULTANATS. SCREW SVPCL and AARTHICONSULTANTS.

Now its very irritating.. SVPCL is not giving out any details neither is the allottment dates out nor the LIsting date. Till when is the invester suppose to wait. If anyone comes to know about the details do put it up on the blog..

ya . even i thnk allotment will be full. but when??? and can anybody post wat is expected listing price and grey market premium for the same????

If the allottment is delayed by another One more Day, then we can sue these dumbos for interest on application money.

i also spoke to aarthiconsultants, they said it will take another one week...they didn't get permission for BSE yet.
I don't know what they r doin

i had called them today. they r going to give allotment ( Almost full ) :) that we applied , tomorrow.
Dont think about refund because we will get full shares for what we applied ... I think stay invested. Good in bull run
