Owner husband/wife have almost 20 cr unsecured loan from company at very low interest, which is worrisome.

Zero debt company and company have no any single rupee debt on their balance sheet and in very short time they have announced 1rs dividend. That type of share holder supportive decision we see from rare SME companies.

Definitely don't worry about daily movement of stock, looking really good fundamental and hoping that company will post good number of last quarter . I have done analysis during ipo time and also posted message on 12th july.

@Lokes, What do you think about SKP Bearing. will it reach to nearby 150. Result for the period 6th January to 31st March 22 is good. Sales 9.68 Crores Net Profit after Tax 3.64 Crores & EPS is 2.43.

Holding it with full conviction, same what i did with Swaraj.
And it gave good returns in a month, initially went down to around ₹50, but later sold it at ₹81/-

Same can happen with Healthy life also, we might not see bumper listing, but looks healthy for medium to long term.
Investors will make more money here than traders, like they did in SKP.
