Sell REC call of 210 strike price at 6 Rs.

Fixed profit of 26000 if REC stands >210 in March
If 203 to 210 then maximum profit = 6 +(current price-issue price)
If less than 203
then profit of 6 RS

Use it this is a best strategy(Market lot 1950)
Please use only if u have 4 applications in hand

Dear Friends,

REC FPO gains is in our hands, More we apply more times it will get subscribed and lesser the shares will be alloted.
It will automatically led to price hike in the market as the one's who have short its future assuming 100% allotment have to square off there short positions by buying in secoundary market and it will lead to good returns.

Anyway in long run everbody is convience about the Company's Future.

REC is good FPO Bet. At the time of listing REC will be quoted at around Rs.250/-. It is not govenment only divested but 75% of the proceed will go to the company.
Current book value: Rs. 84
Book value after issue and earning of FY 10: Rs. 125/-
Return on Equity: 25% (Pre issue)
Return of Equtiy: 20% (Post issue) for FY 10
P/E Ratio: 10
So at 250 it will quote aroud 2 times Book value and at 12.5 P/E Ratio which is fair value for RECLTD.

If you are long temr investor it will touch Rs. 400 in three years.

acording to me big AVOID to this it will be far more better 2 go with UBI or with Man Infra. if u like this REC stock the just wait u will get it below is issue price after FPO closes. Many people on TV shows also r saying the same.

Let us opt for United Bank IPO. REC FPO will be taken care of again by SBI and LIC as in case of NTPC.

Fundamentally and also growth wise a very good stock to have in core portfolio. You wont be getting listing gains in this fpo.if you are looking for a long term stock then go for it.
valuations look decent enough. It not inactive as ntpc.
People interested in listing gains can concentrate on
ubi.

NHPC LOSS = 5000/-
NTPC LOSS WILL BE = 10000/- (Post listing, price will be 181/-)
REC LOSS WILL BE = 20000/- (Post listing price will be 175/-)

JAAGO INVESTOR JAAGO

SAAVDHAAN
HOSHIYAAR

Govt. is now coming to LOOT the investors in REC, SAIL and NMDC @ maximum rates!

Govt. is not happy with SMALL LOSS TO INVESTORS in NHPC and NTPC. He wants more and more loss to investors.
Keeping in view the point, Govt. is coming to LOOT the investors in REC, SAIL and NMDC @ maximum rates.

Earlier, so many times I have told that Sell NHPC (Nahi Hai Public Company) @ 35/ - 36/-. Because this is maximum rates on which Govt. has LOOTED the investors. I have also told that Govt. is now planning to LOOT in NTPC, REC, NMDC, SJVNL, SAIL etc.
Govt. is not happy with small loss to investors in NHPC. Govt. want that there should be more and more loss to investors and accordingly Govt. will fixed all the price band in forthcoming IPO / FPO. For example, NTPC price band is Rs. 201/-.
Post listing you will never see the price of Rs. 201/-. But Govt. will be happy as his planning is to LOOT the investors.

Overall, only U will be cry but no one will bother for you. Only, I have sold all the NHPC @ 36/- as I never believe on Govt. Ultimately SEBI, Merchant Bankers, Registrar’s all are brother of Govt.

Further, Govt. is planning to take dividend @ 40% from NHPC and NTPC Shareholders so that there may be more and more loss to NHPC and NTPC shareholders.

Hence, once again HAPPY LOSSES to all those, who have applied in NHPC and those who are planning to apply for forthcoming PSU IPO / FPO’S.

This Govt. is not like a ONGC, GAIL, Power Grid as he gives handsome profit on listing. This is LUTERI GOVT.

Let us be UNITE and we all have plan not apply a single application in REC rather we may give charity to animals or orphans.

Is there anyone in India, who can have question to Govt. that why he is LOOTING to public?

I dont think this time gov. is going to give there shares at good price LIKE they did in IDFC,PFC,PG,etc. its better to look at private comp. like jublient foodwork,Arss,DB. corp, where they keep some thing on table for people. BUT This time all the issue like NHPC,NTPC,REC, where they have keep the price where u get noting 2 earn or nothing to lose so why to invest in this type of companys now 4get. PSU'S try 2 search some good PRIVATE Story in IPO's with good price point. & fell SORRY 4 THE LIC, SBI etc. etc. as they will be the only 1 who will have 2 put there money in this type of PSU IPO OR FPO.

good stock but i thing they r giveing little expencive it will be better to avoid as its low was 50Rs. & bcoz of fpo news it was going up. In coming days the stock can go up but i dont think it will stay up as soon as fpo close it will come down like NTPC its better to buy from market as b4 allotment there is BUDGET so there is big risk that if market go down it can go below 195 to 190 level also. SO BE CAREFUL
